What is Invedent and how does it work?

Invedent is a dental-specific cloud-based software that has helped hundreds of dental practices order and manage their dental stock. The system gives you a list of stock that is running low based on your stock usage and then allows you to order from all of your suppliers in one place.

How do I get started?

As soon as you sign up, you are ready to send your first purchase order to any of your suppliers directly from the Invedent system. Once you have placed your first order, our team will provide you with all the onboarding and training material to automate the ordering process by setting up our stock management system.

Is Invedent easy to learn and use?

Yes! Invedent was built to support practice staff regardless of their technical skill level. It takes just a few minutes to start using Invedent for ordering and a few hours to master day-to-day stock management operations in the software. We also offer training and support to make sure anyone in your practice can easily do the ordering.

Is Invedent a supplier?

No. Invedent is an app that brings all of your suppliers onto one platform, allowing you to order what you need when you need it. We bridge the gap between managing and ordering stock by providing you with automated functionality that will save your practice time and money and take reliance off key staff when managing the process.

Can I use Invedent from my mobile device?

Of course you can! Invedent is in the cloud. You can use the system from anywhere, on any device with an Internet connection.

How long does it take to set up?

With Invedent, you can create an order and send it to all of your suppliers as quickly as you would usually order through each of your supplier websites. Essentially, Invedent allows you to bring all of your suppliers in one place and place an order within minutes.

Now that we have solved your ordering issues, it’s time to automate your stock process. Our team will be in touch to provide you with all of the training and information to have your stockroom set up in a matter of hours.

Do you provide training?

Our team will guide you through each step of the setup process. We also have a knowledge base with relevant training videos and user guides. These videos are very specific to each part of our system, giving staff something quick and easy to refer to should they run into any issues. If you want to speak to a real person or ask any questions, our customer support team is always happy to help.

How secure is Invedent?

Invedent™ has encryption of data in transit and encryption of data at rest, meaning that all of your data is highly secure in the cloud.

How do I claim my discount if I’m an ADA member?

Our team will ask you for your ADA Membership Number. Then, we will offer you the exclusive discount corresponding to your association branch.
