Role Overview

As a BDM at Invedent, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers experience. This position offers complete autonomy in developing and scaling our 30-day free trial process for new clients, a vital step towards product adoption and ongoing customer satisfaction.

This is primarily a full-time work-from-home position, with the flexibility to utilise office space in the city if required. You'll collaborate virtually with our teams in Perth, Melbourne, and the Philippines, primarily via Zoom. This role is ideal for those skilled in navigating and managing operations in a digital environment. 

  • Base Salary + Commission: Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary along with commission based on performance. We will be looking to scale you up to a $10k+ Per Month Salary

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out potential customers within the dental industry, identifying key decision-makers and qualifying leads.
  • Call practices in our sales pipeline to engage them in new Invedent offers and deals on the platform.
  • Confidently handle negotiations, overcoming objections and closing deals to achieve sign up targets.
  • Oversee the entire trial process, including customer signup, supplier setup, data imports, customer onboarding, and supplier introductions, ensuring successful order placements and reconciliations.
  • Continuously develop and enhance our 30-day free trial process to maximise customer conversion rates and satisfaction.
  • Provide outbound support to dental practices, ensuring they successfully leverage our application and derive maximum value.
  • Ensure everything inside of the sales & onboarding CRM is kept up to date and is accurate.
  • Work closely with Support, and Product teams to align trial strategies with overall business goals.
  • Regularly track and strive to meet or exceed business KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary for continual improvement.
  • Manage and support our team in the Philippines through weekly Zoom calls ensuring we hit KPIs.
  • Utilise customer feedback and data analytics to continually refine the trial experience and address any challenges.
  • Contribute to the creation of resources and tools that assist customers in transitioning from trial to full adoption.
  • Conduct virtual and in-practice demos and training sessions to educate and engage customers.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team, ensuring scalable, consistent and high-quality support services.
  • Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Full-time work hours with the ability to attend meetings during Australian business hours (AWST Timezone).
  • At least 2 Years experience in the dental industry.
  • Proven sales experience. Can be treatment sales.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a team
  • Dental practice managers & dental assistants encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to provide clear and timely updates regarding leave or change of hours with consideration to the requirements of fellow team members and Invedent.
  • Reliable internet connection that is able to run all of our applications reliably.
  • Dedicated home office space with a clean and professional background.
  • Personal transport to travel to dental practices in surrounding areas.
