UX / UI Designer
Invedent is hiring a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experiences for Invedent users
Invedent (www.invedent.com) is an Australian-based inventory management and marketplace SaaS application that helps dental practices manage and order dental supplies. We've just raised capital and are now expanding our team. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can fill the role of a UX/UI Designer. Role Overview
- Create and maintain the SaaS application design system
- Use Figma for designing components and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with the design team and developers
- Ensure high-quality graphics standards and brand consistency
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with other team members
- Develop and implement a scalable design system, including components, patterns, and style guides
- Advise the design team on the necessary elements and best practices required for a robust design system- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for design standards, guidelines, and reusable components in Figma
- Ensure the design system is easily accessible and usable by the design team within Figma
- Create a guide for the developers on design specifications to ensure accurate implementation of the design system
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the design system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design systems and UI/UX design
- Provide support and guidance to the design team on using the design system effectively

Job Requirements
- Reliable internet for meetings
- Can work remotely from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday
- Friday Australia/Perth time (with a break for lunch)
- At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Experience working as part of an agile team
- Solid experience working in Figma, including creating Components and Prototypes
- Strong experience mapping user stories and requirements to clear and functional UI
- Experience building and maintaining a SaaS application design system
